  • The Four Pavilions”
A concept based on creating four blocks each with a certain function carrying a group of functions to ensure maximum privacy and efficiency of the four blocks (Pavilions) are connected (Internally) through the main connecting space where the pool and recreation area are.

Screening is an original architectural treatment in our “Arabic” culture varying from using palm tree leafs to provide shade and allow air penetration as well as privacy matters, to the traditional wooden “Mashrabeya”. Our screens are mainly using the “Triangle” motif to ensure privacy with a more dynamic and contemporary look.
